  • My background is in the salon industry, and I have been a maker for many years, including Locust + Ash grooming products. I know how hard it is to juggle doing creative work and promoting your business. 
  • I have designed my own e-commerce sites and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers. 
  • I've developed content strategies and consulted on existing website designs. I can help with what you already have in place. 
  • Do you use Canva, Phonto, Font Candy?  All great, but what about copyrighted images? Do you use a watermark on your images?

  • Even though I'm a "creative," I geek out over numbers and data: CTR, SEO,CRO, keywords, A/B testing, testing audience engagement, hashtag strategy, etc. Analytics are solid feedback, and invaluable to our strategy. My ideas will be based on data so we get the results you want. 
  • Experience with multiple website builder platforms. We can set you up on your favorite, but we're GoDaddy pros. 
  • Buying and selling on Etsy since 2006. I opened a brick and mortar shop, Smitten, dedicated to handmade and vintage items, in 2007. 
  • Selling with Amazon Handmade and their seller guidelines and return policies. Mine was one the first shops launched when Amazon opened the handmade bath and body category. I have been selling on Amazon regularly since 2013, and Amazon Handmade since 2017. 
  • Domain buying, hosting, and mapping. 
  • Custom short links, SMS/MMS marketing (text blasts), Constant Contact, MailChimp, and Klaviyo. We can reach your audience everywhere and find out where it's most effective.
